About the game
The countdown has started, the bomb is armed, and only your team can stop it. In Bomb Busters, players become bomb-disposal experts working together to identify and safely cut hidden wires before the detonator reaches the end—or someone accidentally cuts a red wire.

Each player receives a row of wire tiles visible to everyone except themselves. The team must use logic, observation, limited communication, and information revealed during play to determine which wires match. On a turn, point to a teammate’s hidden wire and name the value you believe it has. If the guess is correct, matching wires are cut; if not, the detonator advances. Cut a red wire, and the mission immediately ends in an explosion.

The game includes 66 missions that gradually introduce new wire types, special equipment, surprises, restrictions, and more challenging deduction problems. Blue wires are the standard safe wires, yellow wires add uncertainty, and red wires are dangerous mistakes waiting to happen. Coordinate carefully, use equipment at the right moment, and clear every required wire to defuse the bomb.

Bomb Busters is a cooperative deduction and puzzle game that blends teamwork, escalating tension, logical reasoning, and campaign-style mission progression. It won the 2025 Spiel des Jahres award.
